David Schuermann, the principal at Architecture, Incorporated, and brothers Ryan and Matt Savage with Metro Construction collaborated on the project. They are doing a spectacular job keeping with the integrity of the building, built in 1912, and improving on much of the original elements. The largest feat was adding an elevator that will go all the way to the rooftop...right now it just stops on the 3rd floor! We are all still working on the first floor set to open this summer.
